Custom Orthotics
In order to provide custom orthotics that will meet each patient’s unique needs, the chiropractor will perform static and dynamic gait assessments and a postural assessment. This is followed by 3D impressions or mould of the feet rendered with foam blocks. In addition to removable inserts, custom orthotics can be directly made into any footwear for a more permanent option.
Coverage
Our orthotics are typically covered fully or partially by the vast majority of extended healthcare insurance carriers. Coverage often requires a prescription by a physician. We will ensure that all supporting documentation that may be required for reimbursement is provided to you with the purchase of new orthotics.
