Liz is a Registered Massage Therapist, in good standing with the CMTO and RMTAO. She decided to become a Massage Therapist because she wants to help others, whether their goal be pain reduction or relaxation, she is always making sure her clients leave healthy and happy!
Liz is certified and knowledgeable in Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue massage, Hot Stone Massage, Fascial Cupping, and Rock Taping. Liz is always working hard to increase her skills and her education, and achieving more certifications.
When she is not working, Liz is spending her time with her family and friends, doing work on her new house or training her puppy.
Liz is always there to welcome you into the clinic with a big bright smile.
